Name Server resolution is not working with Palo Alto's private DNS.

For our internal websites, we use private DNS zones. We use a site-to-site VPN to connect to the cloud from Palo Alto, but up until recently, our private domains were no longer resolving and name servers were having trouble locating us. I can cache some addresses on Palo Alto using the dig command, but not all of them, so for the time being, I've added static entries to the DNS proxy. However, anything that uses a load balancer or a wildcard does not function. Is there a solution to this because it appears to be a Palo Alto bug?
