How would i make a button spawn a 2D Sprite?

I'm new to coding and using unity and i was wondering if there was any way to make a button spawn in a 2D sprite when you click on it? Thanks in advance 😁
Edit: Oh and also how could I make it so that when it spawns it is a random color and size?
