I Have to Press the Jump Key Twice for the Jump Animation to Work

and I can't quite get my jump animation to work UNLESS I press the jump button twice the it will play. Here is a video showing that and my script: https://imgur.com/eNEHXMl

Please if you know what is wrong please help!
