Quiz Game Multiple Choice

Hi I recently just followed the Quiz Game tutorial and it was very good! But I'd like to add a multiple choice type question to the quiz too. Please can someone help me? Any help/ideas are much appreciated! I've attached the scripts I'm using too if that'll help.

I've currently done the code with the true/false questions and made a scene for that type of question. I've also made a scene for the multiple choice question but don't really have/don't know how to code it. Lastly I'd like to how to make the multiple choice questions come up in the quiz as well as the true/false.

I'm a novice with this and want to start getting into it. Thanks
