If you're new, goto top menu then build settings. There should be option for player settings. Then goto Quality tab and select High quality replacing Ultra.
U can also press ctrl+R> type %temp% and delete everything in that folder. Those are temporary files
Hi. Sometimes I observe that other apps are slowing down Unity, so I just open my Task Manager (Control+Shift+ESC) and end some unnecessary tasks that are running actively or in the background.
