Just save the blender file in the assets directory in your Unity project. Then in Unity you can just drag them onto the scene.

No problem.
Thought I might add that you can click the file inside Unity to see import settings. If you double click, you open it straight into blender. Also, if you ever make a change to the file (and save, of course), it automatically updates in Unity.
