weird graphical glitch in the RPG tutorial

i got this weird glitch with the character model, where it gets janky and blurry after the first frame is drawn, while wearing it's default clothing. this happens only in the game view, on the inspector it looks fine. adding a screenshot.

i've followed every comment fix there was but it seems like no one else had this specific problem.
