do i need a powerful Pc to make a 2D game or not?

i do have a low pc and iknow how to program in C sharp unity 2D;

but my Pc specs are really low

can i make a game with a low Pc

As a side note, you should have at least 8gb RAM for you to be able to produce your game, without it being painfully slow.
