Do I need a privacy policy if I am using Admob?

I am using Admob in my game and I am going to publish it on Google play store. I am NOT asking any permissions(like location, age, etc.) from user.

P.S : Please note that I also don't have a website of my own and I am an absolute beginner in this field.
