A little help needed for my game in unity..

I wanted to know how we can develop system that temporarily despawns objects outside the player eyesight to save RAM memory. So that the game does not hang with big maps like GTA V.

    pretty sure all games have that and it should be implemented in unity, also they are still saved in RAM for quick access just not rendered, otherwise the game would briefly freeze if u suddenly did an 180 and it had to read everything off of the hard drive.
