Blender to unity, best practices?

Hi im using blender to make my assets and i'm not sure how to export them into unity, i've made them with textures, but exporting as fbx doesn't keep textures so I have to make a shader, plug it into material, is there any plugin that can help me to keep things organized or export in one file? is it possible? thanks (Note, currently using HDRP)

  • Hi, clicking on the fbx folder, you can navigate to "Materials" and click "Extract materials" to import every material in the fbx file to your unity project in a sub-folder which will be automatically named "Materials".

They will also be automatically be chosen as the materials to be used for your 3D model.
