Can you please help me to create an outline for a 3d object without changing the color or texture of the object I know that you have made one for 2d sprites but I am making a 3d game and I am new to unity so can you please kindly help me.

This method with a shader that you apply to the gameobject that you'd like a highlight on, might be helpful.

just use a PBR shader and use a frensel node make your object transparent and add a colour node that will make your object show only outer parts.
You talking about Cell Shading?
Because, I wanna learn how to do that too.
