I've thought of this for a while and want to hear a new perspective.

    I'll list some of mine:

    1. Unless you're the developer, you can't copyright the image, so if you want to copyright it, you must build an AI generator yourself.
    2. Every AI art piece will be required by law to be tagged as generated by AI to prevent the spread of fake news, propaganda, and other crimes.
