Color Change Problem

I have a question about how to change the color of a cube in unity. The video I watched said to find it under "Default Material". The thing is, I cant change the color because its blocked out for some reason*. If someone could answer this question, I would be very grateful. Idk what to do about this since I cant do anything on it to change the color
