2D Player movement

Hello! I watched brackeys tutorial on how to make 2D movement (https://youtu.be/dwcT-Dch0bA) and tried to make it.I do all exactly same as he but i dont understand one think. when i jump and in air i hit some obstacle with layer "Ground" an then press jump button again, i jumped again and this is pretty anoying can anyone helps me? I send video with this post.
