anyone know why my unity looks like this. I stopped using it for a while and when I came back to it it looked like this. I don't know if anything else is being affected either. everything else seems normal. Can you tell me how to fix it?

    What, are you talking about dark theme. Then go to edit>preferences and then you will find it.

    Go to lighting settings and generate lighting. (Window -> Rendering -> Lighting -> Generate Lighting) at bottom right.
