I never wrote a shader in unity so im completely new to that topic, but i want to write a basic shader which applies a max alpha to sprites?
So where do i start?

I’m certainly no shader expert…But I think that if you create a transparent shader that does write to the Z-buffer, only one layer of that material will be shown.
i will try that, but like i said i know nothing about shaders.
I researched a lot know, but i have still no ideawhat to write to the shader?
