In previous versions of Unity, the scrolling Background was done by the background image labeled “Texture” in the Import Settings, but since I use the 5.6 version of Unity, and “texture” no longer exists in import settings, and I cannot create a scrolling background In my new unity 5.6 for that. And when I put Background on “Default” texture, it will not can drag and drop in unity?

What do you mean by this? A custom background in a game that scrolls, or do you mean the background of a scrollView UI element, or something else entirely?
I’m not sure, because there are still Textures available to use in Unity 5.6, and Sprites, and Images…

Yes, custom Background which scroll, i think i was explain, but i will again, I want my background scrolling while I’m playing the game, but I can not do it because in import settings not exist texture type “texture”(like in previous versions in unity), but instead, it’s exist “default” i think, but when I put my background on “default” ( because “texture” does not exist in unity 5.6 anymore), then he cannot be drag and drop in the scene and he does not do the job I want like “texture”, which does not exist anymore in the latest version of unity. And for that i hvae a problems with creating a simple scrolling background.

I just did a quick search, and found this. I watched a few seconds here and there, but I think it’s kinda what you’re looking for.
