PARKOUR USING RAYCASTING !!! NEED HELP!!!!!!

 need help to make a parkour and combat on unity like this > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LT9tykLYQZ0&t=9s

In the youtube video he used ray casting to detect distance to place the ( vaulting mainly) corrrect animations .. 
the animation can be found here > https://mixamo.com / and https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/animations/raw-mocap-data-for-mecanim-5330

can anybody help me with the ray casting and triggring the animations ?

I think it’s more than only raycasting alone, check the video description, please be aware that it will invole a lot of math and raycasting so I want to know how many knowledge do you have with programming (in unity)?

Im new to unty and have a bit knowledge in c# .. im thinking to make about 9-10 if statement based on the destence between player and the vaulting object so that the best animation will animate ..
