Object following path

Im making a path for an object using a navigation mesh and a some ponts that it has to follow. Since my object is a prefab, the poit’s that i set up in the script have to be prefabs too, my problem is tha the prefabs don’t mantain the position. i can even put it maually, but the object acts like the’s no existing points. If i put the object in the scene and the point as empty (not prefab) the object functions normally.

What you should do is put all your navigation points in your scene and tag them as way points. Once you instantiate your nav mesh agent you can search for each way point and loop through them to navigate.
