I am creating a Block Bricker game and I am nearly finished but I have a problem with the graphics which are the paddle and bricks and the ball itself . I want them to be good looking because my game now is soo boring the graphics are like 19s and I didnt like it myself.
Please help thanks.

why don’t you show a screen shot of the current graphics so people know what are you asking for.

Starting scene: The one in the black is mine.

The Ball: The basket ball is mine.(and it’s not really my work)

The Paddle: Mine is the one in the right.

The Bricks:The one in the right is mine .

As you can see I have tried to make it more good looking but I have seen some that already caught my eye so I won’t feel at ease unless I know how to make them. At least I want to know the program .

well, this is actually very simple, and you have many programs that can do the job, i personally use Gimp because its free and if you learn how to use it properly you can do pretty much everything you could do in photoshop. So i think you should check it out.
Official Site (Gimp)

I like using Paint.NET for my drawing when it”s a PNG. Otherwise, for scalable graphics, I use Inkscape and export to a scalable vector graphics file.
