Hello,

I followed Brackey’s tutorial at [ https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/navigation/making-it-dynamic?playlist=17105 ] and have my NavMeshSurface being built after the level has loaded itself. But when the level loads the navmesh is being built perpindicular to the level, not parallel to it. Anyone know if I’m missing a setting to fix this?

update to this. I added a heightmesh just to see if I could get something different and I did. The heightmesh loads in perfectly. Only the navmesh gets rotated 90 degrees on load.

SOLVED: Put the navmesh surface on a seperate GameObject. Attach your navmesh and set your parameters as you usually would. Then rotate the new GameObject to match with your level’s orientation when loaded. (For this, the object was rotated -90 on the X-axis)
