Multiplayer: How to fix camera target on 2nd Player(clone)

  • Player Prefab
  • Camera Prefab (w/ target Player)

Problem: When player 2 launches in multiplayer, the camera still targets the 1st player that spawned

I think the problem is the Player(Clone) prefab not getting set as the target. But when I drag the clone prefab to the inspector target, it works as intended.

Single Player (No problems with controls or camera, works perfectly)
– Player Controller (works) // Camera (works) Target is PlayerPrefab

Multiplayer
#1 – Player Controller (works) // Camera (works) Target is PlayerPrefab#1
#2 – Player Controller (works) // Camera (NO WORKING) Target is PlayerPrefab#1

Multiplayer is not targeting the Prefab(Clone)

Launched two versions of the game – removed lots of assets to get to the root of the problem.

two players – In both screens, the blue player is controlled perfectly. On the top screen, the blue player is controlled, but the camera target set as the first spawned in player – still gray

Any suggestions
