Merge TextMeshPro with UI Image or UI RawImage

Hi friends, I’m trying to make a system that combines (merging) TextMeshProUGUI with Unity’s UI Image or RawImage in one image, is this possible somehow, can this be done?
E.g: Text watermark over UI Image:

 

Please guide me with this subject, thanks in advance!
