Hey there guys so the time has come for me to try get a team together to make some games in Unity 3D.

The game I am thinking of currently is a survival game like Unturned but a medieval version if that makes sense, a survival medieval game.

Now part of my plan to make sure we can make the best game possible is to look at competitors I have only found one so far, and what I plan to do is take criticisms from those games and make sure our games don’t make those same mistakes. Obviously, some suggestions might not be appropriate depending on the game been made.

I am hoping that this can be released as a commercial project on Steam but ONLY if it’s good enough I already have some beta testers that can help us to help improve our project.

How will we discuss ideas? We can use a platform like Trello where we upload all our ideas and to communicate I prefer that we use Steam if you have another method you prefer to use no problem just let me know. I prefer Steam just because it’s very similar and it is game based so it feels like the appropriate communication method.

Also you might be thinking where will we upload the project to? We will use a combination most likely of Source tree and Bit bucket, it is a bit difficult to understand at first and quite confusing and I have little experience with it, but I am sure we can learn it along the way.

Now pay you might be wondering this is a commercial product and if its successful onto Steam we will make money but I cannot pay you while we work on the game as I cannot even afford to pay myself.

Working hours : I have a strict schedule I follow by but as long you can spend around 2-3 hours a day on it, it should be fine. You don’t need to spend 10 hours on it a day unless you’re like me and have alot of free time lol.

I am looking also for someone who is self-motivated and preferably someone who is over 18. Reason I say this is because I am a programmer not a modeler or a sound designer, and alot of assets might need to be bought over the asset store. So I am looking for someone who has a job and is willing to go 50-50 on buying assets for the game. I do hope though that one of you guys are modelers so we can at least keep some things original.  If you aren’t 18 its fine as long you have a job, just cause it will get pretty expensive if it’s just me spending on all of it.

Also looking to also make friends during the process and have fun.

I am looking for programmers, modelers, sound designers.

Starting date will be the upcoming week on Friday the 3rd on February. We will discuss ideas and what we think we should add to the game it might take a week or more of planning before we start any game developing.

This is my website a little company thing I got going www.InvisionSoftware.tk , anyone who is interested in joining me feel free to add me on Steam here : http://steamcommunity.com/id/692153056

Or any questions just leave a comment below. Sorry if I forgot to add something, make sure you let me know if I have.

What is the level of expertise that you are looking for? I honestly don’t think I could help, even if I could program well, cause I am pretty busy, but I am just curious. I have messed with blender quite a bit, and I’ve been using Photoshop for a while, but I’m not extremely experienced by any means.

Level of expertise might sounds silly but medium I guess? Don’t have to be a full pro I’m even not. But if you could make a basic survival game you would probably would be able to do more challenging stuff.
