I can’t make my fire point’s red axis(x) facing left or right althought i have followed exactly what he showed in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkKsl1Mfp5M&t=196s (recently update “2D Shooting in Unity”). He said that instead of using scale for flipping character, we can easily use transform.Rotate to achieve the same thing but also make the fire point facing the x axis left or right so we will have a better shooting behaviour. So i tested it out and the character flipped perfectly fine but the fire point child object didn’t flip the x axis at all. I even downloaded the source code in github and just place the codes into character but still not working. Am i missing something?
