You’ll want to do what @ererbe said and create an int called score or something suitable (like correctAnswers or correct).

What you can do from there is create a function like this

public Void CorrectAnswer()

By using the public void, you can call that function from a Button using the OnClick() method. This will allow you to set up only the correct button to increment your score.

That’s just a quick way of doing it, and probably not the best – but one of the most simple.

We’re NOT your personal programmers. You have to learn yourself, we can help you on the way but that’s it. You won’t learn if everyone just give you the code you need.

If you do not know how to do such simple stuff then you should probably go back to the basics of C#. You can’t expect to find a tutorial for every specific thing you want and that was make a game from scraps. You HAVE to understand what you’re doing and do it YOURSELF. Of course you can get help from others if you’re stuck but we can’t just do stuff for you or just point you to a tutorial that does that.
