Animation Sync Problem

Hello !

I have been following this tutorial from Brackeys : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_03RZTdIkk about Player Models and I tried to customize the model myself by downloading an asset from the assetstore but I found an issue with the animations.

Here his the thing, the animation is succesfull on my screen, but for the other plays, I see them stuck on the “Idle” animation. Looks like the animation is only updating locally but I’ve followed what Brackeys says even though my model is pretty advanced (bones and stuff)

If anyone could help me out it would be really appreciated.

Let me know if you need a gif or any source code .

PS: When I place another Animator on the ToonRTS_demo_knight (not the root) all the other players spawn with the idle animation but it doesn’t update when they run.
