2D platformer ep.20 Enemy can’t die

So i don’t get any errors, until i start shooting the alienspaceship were as it goes down to 10 hp then it doesn’t take damage anymore and my bullets disapear when i shoot towards it(i can shoot towards the platforms).

anyone got an idea how to solve it?

i get this error message when the enemy goes down to 10 hp

 public void _KillEnemy (Enemy _enemy)
 Transform _clone = Instantiate(_enemy.deathParticles, _enemy.transform.position, Quaternion.identity) as Transform;
 GameObject.Destroy(_clone.gameObject, 5f);
 cameraShake.Shake(_enemy.shakeAmt, _enemy.shakeLenght);
